Battery PCB

I have been thoroughly confused about wiring batteries to a PCB for a long time.
Is this correct?

System, screen, etc go to P+ and P- same as the charger.

Charge and output are the same pins.

The thing is, I'm not getting any power out of those pins.

Well if you are wiring like in your diagram, you wont get any power.

you wont. Put some draw on it and you will. just hitting it with a multimeter doesnt work.

Yeah they came charged I got it all working.
