Battery Guide?

Hello, Im going to build a gamecube portable, but am having trouble reading some battery guides, more specificly, this one

How would I build the 14.8v battery, step by step?

Hi here are some steps.

Step One:

Get a 14.8v 4 cell protection circuit like in the picture below.
also buy four 3.7v Li-Po cells.

Step Two:

Wire the first Li-Po cell's positive to the B+ on the PCB. Then solder the negative tab to the B1. Solder the second Li-Po cell's positive to the B1 and the negative to the B2. Solder the positive of the third cell to B2 and the negative to the B3. Lastly solder the positive of the last cell to the B3 and the negative to the B-. Solder the positive and negative of the console to the P+ and P-, respectively. Follow the diagram above if you are having trouble.

Do NOT solder the P- to the B-.
