Their video says all you need is a rough sketch of what you want.

So get out a piece of graph paper, draw the front of the case, draw the holes you want, and put in measurements. Looks like they make the CAD stuff for you.
 
Snowpenguin, by doing that you contribute less than he does.

And a "rough sketch" isn't good enough, most of these things mave to be within mm's of measurement, a rough sketch can't do that.

After drawing your rough sketch, add in the measurements between holes.

SS, they wouldn't tell you to use a rough sketch unless that's satisfactory.

I have the whole case drawn anyway, snow.

Sending them direct DWG files probably means cheaper case, as they have to do less work.
