A quick question about the PTH08000

I am about to order my parts for Zenloc's custom regulator and when I look on digikey for the PTH08000 it lists like 5 different options. My question is what is the difference between them and which one should I buy? Thanks

Go to Ti.com and look and the different ones. I can't check 'cause I'm on my iPod but 3 of those options are surface mounted components, don't get them.
