3.7v battery, its charger, and pcb

You're going to order 200 batteries?
What project ae you doing that only needs 3.7V?
As long as you're not drawing more than 2 amps, you should be good.

Hey zaxoon ; You can use that charger with your battery because manufacturer says it works fine for Polymer Li-ion batteries which has capacity greater than 700 mAh . In your case you have 1800 mAh. So that's good !
Purpose of PCB is very important : It prevents your battery from over and undercharging. And it works also fine with your battery as you can see it is specified by the manufacturer ! But .. Ensure that PCB is connected in right way with the charger and battery.

He knows what the PCB is for; he was just ensuring that he was buying the right one.
