Does it have to be a normally closed switch or can i keep it low, seeing it looks like that pin in active high... Or is this thinking completely wrong?

For the "wii eject button" closed tactile, how exactly does this contribute to portables? A lot of time I just see the Open Disc switch on the exterior of the model, but nothing about the closed tactile.

Hello everyone, been browsing the forums for a while and recent have got inspired to start a portable GameCube. So far I only have the adapter for the wiikey soldered up and waiting for my wiikey to arrive. I will install this in the GameCube possibly later this week. Thanks, Odininon

What screen is that?

I was pondering if instead of the spdt switch i see mostly everyone used to simulate the dd lid being open for the wiikey, couldn't I use a normally closed switch? Also, instead of bulky push button ones, do they make a tactile style switch thats normally closed that would work for this?
