[WTB] Portable GameCube

So I have been on this sub for a while and would love for someone to build me a portable GameCube. I would like the portable to use this for a case:

Other than that I am open to whatever you guys suggest since you're building it LOL. I think a 7" screen would fit nice in there.

Anyone willing to build this for me? As for what I'm willing to pay that is negotiable. I am willing to give some upfront and the rest in the end. I will pay via paypal or google wallet with some sort of protection so my upfront money doesn't get robbed.
