Voltage booster?

DAT ASS
Alright, so I'm going to be working on a commission here soon, and the screen that's being used requires 10.5v or more. I'm seriously doubting that the case will comfortably hold more than two cells, so I've been looking into voltage boosters from Texas instruments. I've heard of the ptn04050c, but I don't like the fact that the max input voltage is 5.5v. I was hoping someone knew of one that would take 8.4v and boost it up to 11v. I'm also not sure on the total amp draw of the screen yet because I haven't received it yet so I'd rather get a module that could handle at least 1 amp of output.

These should at least give you some ideas.

Alright, I decided to go with my original idea and use a ptn04050c. The only draw back is that I had to replace the n64's 7805 with a pth08080 because the 7805 only outputs around 800mah and I need at least one amp.
