Vacume forming table and mold.

Can anyone recomand a type of wood to use for one of these? Please dont respond by saying "any type of wood is good if it is impermible to air and oves safe". What I meen a decant wood to use for this one that will work decantly. it dosent have to be the best thair is or anything but something you would a good type of wood.

Now how do you recomend i make a mold for a GCP? How do you guys do it at the least and possibly some tips?
