Speaker wire is stranded.

Um... every spindle I've seen at radioshack is solid wire.

They have kynar wire, and I have a ton of stranded Ratshack wire.

Use gamecube controller wire. I was able to relocate an NES cart shot with half the cord. :awesome:

Alright, I'll go pick up a few controllers at the local video game store.

And speaker wire is alright? Because my dad has about 5-15 feet of like 8 different gages... So like 60 feet of it total. And flax tons of A/V cables too.

Should work well. Stick to a lower gauge for most stuff, except for power. You want strong, unmoving wires for that. Good luck!

I have a ten foot PS2 extender thing with seven colors of wires inside that became bent and frayed inside, so I'm going to use it :awesome:

I got one out of three NESs, and it's in perfect working order. Except one screw was completely stripped, so I had to dremel out that screw post. I just need more games now!

I also removed the discharge port on my battery, and figured out the positive and negative ( thank you testing light! ).

Did your other 2 NESes come yet? I remember we had a deal. You'd sell me one for $15.
