So I am going through a lot of my old hardware and I came across several battery packs, mostly from laptops, and while the pack as a whole wont hold a charge enough for the laptop I would like to test the cells to see if any are usable. The current batch I have are labeled.

I am OK with making a few purchases in order to test these as I know I will need a protection circuit and a charger but I just don't know what I need exactly. Normally Id just recycle/toss them but since I have so many I would like to see if they are reusable in any way. Most of the packs were from Toshiba laptops, batteries were wired in 3 parallel groups of 3 batteries in a series for a labeled total of 10.8V @4000mAh
