Task Manager Help

So, When ever I press Ctrl, Alt, Del, this is what happens.

It opens in a command prompt, and then closes. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

You have a virus problem in your laptop or personal computer.You should try booting into safe mode and doing all the scans virus.If you still have problems then maybe you need to do a repair install of Windows.I`m assuming that you`re either running Windows.
