Speech to text transcriber

Ok so my brother just got a droid, it's awesome, and he told me he just transcribed his text and it did it perfectly the first time. Then my dad heard about this, he's really slow when it comes to technology, and he wants one of these for his computer, so he asks me to look one up, he wants to use it for his business, he doesn't like typing so much.


The problem is I don't know many transcribing programs that might work, as a matter of fact I only know of one. I've heard of nuance dragon, it's about $100.


So I was wondering if you guys knew of any transcribing programs (speech to text) for a pc.
