Sound issues

I didn't touch the A/V at all , strangely the audio is all static-y ? I can hear the right sound/music in a game but it sounds like static another way i could explainwhat it sounds like is as if wind was blowing over the mic when it was recorded, i dont know what is wrong, i have had this problem before however it only happend in the BIOS strangly and i havent been in the gc scene for a few months now

ANNDDDDD, i think i blew the built in power , well i accidentley took out a part next to the fuse which looked to me as a small transistor and it wont poer on. Time to wire my rev a/b power

new regulator fixed both problems
