Sound Button

Hello, I am currently working on a Super Nintendo Portable that is themed, and one feature I wanted to add to it was sound effects. I've been looking around the internet but currently have had no luck. Does anyone know how I can make a button that when i press it it plays some sort of sound effect?

For example,

I want to make something like this but instead of generic sounds I would like sounds from the video game I'm basing my portable off of. If anyone has any idea's that could point me in the right direction they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Well, you could build/buy a recording module, I know radioshack makes one.
