Sony Battery Pinout

I bought a Sony NP-FP50 knockoff battery really cheap. The packaging was so yellow the battery looked gold, but it's actually silver. Anyway, I can't for the life of my figure out the pinout of the thing. There's four tiny contacts on the top, and they're not labeled at all. While I'm at it, I might as well ask another question. What is the best way to disassemble a battery?

On another note, I saw the "Do Not Disassemble" on the label and laughed.

at the top of the battery(largest side, the side with no sticker or anything, probably roundish), just pry straight through the middle and you'll set past either side of the li-ion batteries. Keep prying from there and you'll be in.Or, do it from the sides with the smallest screwdriver you can find at the seam thing. It may seem hopeless, but just heep digging until you have a small hole. Then, get a bigger one and pry the whole thing open.
