So I got some NPN and PNP transistors.

Any things you suggest I experiment with? I got a solderless breadboard too!

*sniffle* first project I ever completed.

Blow some up. It's pretty cool. Wear eye protection, though.

I forget exactly how to do it, but I think I put positive across the emitter and base and negative on the collector- I believe this was a PNP. 9V will do just fine.

Seriously, though? I think grossaffe's suggestion is pretty good. Stuff that blinks is cool, too. This oscillator is fun, though:

There's another version with a 555, but this one uses just two transistors. Make some sort of crude instrument with it.

I need some battery connectors. :neutral2:

Also whats it do? I can't read the small text.
It flashes the two LEDs back and forth. The values on the capacitors determines how long before they blink. thus a 10 mfd makes it blink a lot faster than a 1000 mfd. you don't need to have a battery connector. just use some alligator clips or something :p

Do you have six 1.5-volt batteries (AA, AAA, C, D, etc.) that you could rig up in series? Because that would work, too.

Ideally you need an audio potentiometer, and it usually goes on the input side. For stereo you need a dual-gang one. I stole YAP64's off some speakers.

it is as powerfull as a standard cell phone.
a video working on 2,4 v (3v should be louder)
