What is a Shinewave Controller?

So im doing a custom Controller, with an custom paintjob on the top side.
Already ordered the microcontroller, the neopixel LEDs and an clear camecube controller and spraypaint.

Edit: installed the leds and made a quick test its just flashing, because i dont have the right code for the attiny85 i use
