Quick questions about PSOne Screen

My first question, when you disconnect the LCD from the board, there is that ribbon cable attachment on the back. How do you plug that back in? (I have not yet disconnected it), does it just plug right in or is it more complicated?

Second, using this wiring diagram:

For pin 12, I just wire that to the leg of that chip the teal line is connected to?

Just solder a wire from pin 12 and the other end of the wire to leg of the regulator it has to be the one that the red line is on

Also the ribbon cable connection thing on the back, is it easy to plug back in? I havent disconnected it yet as I am worried its not a simple plug back in?

You just pull the two white parts to remove the ribbon, then you put it back in place and push back the white parts.
