Question about a screen

I'm starting my first gamecube portable soon. I have limited experience in electronics, so I'm trying to do my research very thoroughly. Don't worry, I'm aware this is going to be quite the project. ;3

Any reason I wouldn't be able to use this?

Those 3.5" car monitors are pretty common and yes they will work. Really as long as the screen has composite input you'll be fine.
