portable N64

this sucks, i just had to scrap my original case design and go with using an N64 case, so it will look quite a bit like basement modders Quad 64, but will have its cartridge slot on the bottom, the LOB64 port is staying and so are the ethernet ports to replace the controller ports the wiring is made so that you can plug striped consoles into it with a few modifications to the board of coarse, things do seem to be fairing better that way though since i can start work as soon as i can get to my dads house.

this has little to do with the N64 but just how delicate is that wire tape stuff that connects screens to their circuit board, cuz i found one inside the PSone im planning to include in the multisystem and i need to know what kinds of precautions i need to take while working with them
edit: sorry for all the questions, but does the PSone screen need regulated voltage and amperage, cuz it doesnt look like it in the wiring diagrams ive seen, also, would i be able to power the system effectively with something like this http://www.batteryspace.com/camcordervideobatteryforpanasonicv620v26ss.aspx or this http://www.batteryspace.com/nimhrechargeablecellc-size12v5000mahwithtabs1pc.aspx
edit#2: any suggestions for a name for this thing, cuz i im pretty much at a lose?

well, my multisystem project just cant seem to go anywhere, it wasnt too bright of me to be so ambitious. ill have to wait till some other year when i have some actual experience. oh and any administrator who wants to lock this. go ahead. not like anyones posting here.
