Parallel and Series Question

If I had 4 of these batteries http://www.batteryspace.com/highpowerpolymerli-ioncell37v4700mah706285-8c1739wh37arate.aspx could I wire them in series and parallel like this

and use these:
http://www.batteryspace.com/pcbfor74vli-ionbatterypack8a-1alimit.aspx,and
http://www.batteryspace.com/smartcharger12afor74vli-ionpolymerrechargeablebatterypack--ullisted.aspx
I'm also open to different options to get the same voltage and high capacity

Yup that will do, with that you'll get twice the capacity.
