hmm... so it looks as though my board is either

NUS-CPU(P)-03
NUS-CPU(P)-03-1

one of those two. certain of it. Pulled it apart yesterday and took photos but didnt pay attention to motherboard model, and all photos i took were from below cart slot so i cant go back to the pics lol. *facepalm*

In Brazil there are only two board revisions that can be easily RGB modded: NUS-CPU (M) - 01 and NUS-CPU (M) - 02 (1996/1997), I hope this helps people who found this thread.
