Need Help Deciding on a GPU and CPU Heatsink

I built a computer the other day using parts bought from a Tigerdirect retail store (prices similar to Newegg but with the ability to take it home and start building the same day). I got everything but a GPU because they didn't have any $100-200 Nvidias. So now I need some help picking one out on Newegg. I'm currently leaning towards this EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST SuperClocked 2GB, any thoughts on it? I'm also thinking of replacing the stock CPU heatsink with a Corsair H50, or are there better options for similar price?

Here are the parts I currently have:

Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H

Kingston HyperX 8GB

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Thermaltake SP-750M

Corsair Carbide 200R

I think my 3550 was $210 from Tigerdirect when I got it. I try not to look at prices after I buy. ;)
I ended up getting the GPU I linked to. Its pretty much a beast.

I'm really wanting to get one of those liquid CPU coolers, I not extremely happy with my temps on the stock cooler (I do have it OC'd from 3.3 to 3.9GHz :p ). Maybe in a couple months. I've spent enough money on it for now.
