make a vga to video cable?

I'd like to know how to do so, I know I'd have to get a vga cable, cut one end but I'm not sure on what wires go where on the video plug.
Basically I want to make one of these minus the svideo:

Reason being is I don't want to wait for shipping.

That only works with certain devices, it won't magically turn VGA into composite or S-video.

It works if the graphics card supports video out, and my laptops does:
"Graphics Output VGA, TV Out, SDVO, LVDS"

Yeah but only if you use the video port coming from the card. Those converters by the way are crap. I bought one and it's a total rip off. VGA can not go to RCA with out any kind of converter.

The card doesn't have svideo but it supports video out, so it will work.

Check the manual. Does it say it supports video out through the VGA connector?

Well if it has no svideo then that's pretty much the only place it could support it.
