Low resistance on 3.3v lines?

Is it normal to have low resistance, like 95 ohms, on the Gamecube's 3.3v line? I have this one motherboard that does, but I only noticed it after trimming the board. I can say it worked fine before I trimmed it, but I never tested for resistance at that time. Now, I'm afraid to try to turn it on since it has such low resistance. My other board has about 3.3k ohms on that line, so... not normal? Any suggestions?

Yes, different GameCubes have different resistances as there's different board revisions. Specically on the 3v3 line, some revisions have the low ESR caps and some don't. The ones with that cap, gives you low resistance, the ones without that cap gives you around 3k between 3v3 and gnd. It doesn't mean anything though. Doesn't make any diference.
