Alright my lil cousin Kahyla has a LeapFrog Leapster 2 system that when turned on it will display a screen with 2 flags (USA and Canadian) and asking the user to touch one of them. The console doesnt react when someone touches the screen. Also whenever a game cartridge is removed the system promptly shuts off.
This is the first time ive seen it show that screen. And as far as I remember one could remove the cartridge when the game system was on w/o the system shutting off. Least when it was at that main screen.
Ideas?
