To be fair, for a month every year my little brother is the same age as me. Well, at least by our conventions for stating age...

He's close enough to 13, and he won't get offended by all the flax on here.

It's not just a policy of MR to not let people under 13 in, it's the law, as soon as someone reveals or is ousted to be under 13, we have pretty much no choice but to take action.
