How to do remove the cover on the Psone screen?

I am following instructions and it says to remove the cover starting with the corner on the white speaker. I cant get it to pry.What should I do? Should I use a soldering Iron to poke a hole in it?

Did you take all of those rubber things off that conceal the screws? And, you have to peel off the speaker grills to get at some screws
