How to charge a 3.7v lithium battery?

I have this 3.7v 310mAh battery that I'm going to use in an attiny project. It has a protection pcb but only 2 wires coming off. A positive and negative.
 
Use a 3.7v lithium ion/polymer charger.

This seems like a sarcastic response but that's what you should do. Buy one and hook it up. Don't try to charge it with improvised circuitry unless you are making the proper charging circuit and know exactly what you are doing. Lithium ion batteries are dangerous if misused
