Unfortunately, one of my buyers was pretty badly affected by Storm Sandy and is no longer able to pay for their Envision commission.

So I'm going to try to refund my buyer in full, but first I have to sell this Envision and it's parts for $500 (which is what they paid me).

The Envision comes with everything except speakers (but it does come with a sound amp).

Envision:
- both case halves
- trimmed, 75% wired gamecube motherboard (most wires are soldered on and ready to go)
- partially wired, trimmed controller
- 4 used wiikey fusions (they have all worked in the past, but I don't have the time to test them right now, so keep that in mind)
- 1 brand new 5" LCD module "Dalian" screen.
- 1 Official Gamecube Component cable (this is used for progressive scan)
- 7.4v battery charger
- Fully wired battery circuit (it is all ready to go! Simply plug it into the power module and its ready)
- control modules (2 controller circuit boards with buttons and joysticks mounted and ready to go)
- 75% complete case work (not much left to do on the case) - L and R can be clicked into place
- Auvio Foldable Speaker Sound Amp (just the amp, which is ready to be wired up)
- The Zenloc fan which is commonly used in gamecube portables these days

- If you still feel like all of this isn't worth $500, then I can throw in random parts if you want. I have lots of junk I don't use anymore

I was salivating the whole time as i looked at the pics. I hope the buyer doesnt destroy your hard work. :)

Btw i think you could've sold this for a teensy bit more, cuz 4 wiikeys, component cable, a dalian, plus everything else is not cheap to come buy. I hope you get a buyer! :p

Thanks! I'm still waiting to get the address from my buyer, so things aren't set in stone just yet.

As a small update, I used my heatgun to fix the little defect on the front half of the case. I also sanded it out, so it is barely noticeable now.

So a potential buyer stopped responding to my emails, so this envision kit is still for sale now.

I fixed the front have of the case and smoothed out the bubbling, so it won't need any serious work now. In fact you don't have to paint it if you don't want to.

There's lots of buttons and miscellaneous parts in this Envision kit as well.

Everything must be sold together. I cannot sell individual parts
$500 plus shipping and paypal fee. PM me if you are interested.

Too bad I don't have the money for this right now, or I would totally buy it! :D I love the idea of handheld consoles, and I'm also into DIY projects, so this would be perfect. If you're still selling this in a few months, I might have the money to buy this by then. But hopefully you find someone to buy this, since it's an awesome project :D

Also, are you still doing completed Envisions? If so, how much are you asking?

Bump. Still for sale :)

$500 + shipping

@smc1417, sorry but I am no longer doing Envision commissions. I will sell Project P after it is unveiled. I will probably sell that portable for around $1200 + shipping.

Ok. Can't wait to see Project P. knowing how awesome the Envision is, I could imagine Project P will be even better :D

I'm actually working on making my first portable, and it's still in the early planning phase. I'm trying to find a way to combine an N64 & a GameCube (and be able to play NES/SNES games) while still being somewhat portable. I know you used the WiiKey Fusion with the Envision, and I've seen other people (like Ashen) use the Wode. Do you have any tips on which would be better?

Tchay, if you don't mind my asking, where ever would you find a component cable that's not a ridiculous price? I would love to now if you have anything to share.

I'm a beginner with this kind of stuff and this seems like a great place for me to get started. I would like to purchase this from you. I support what you do and can't wait for project p. How easy would it be for someone with little experience to put your kit together without really breaking anything?

@smc1417
I mean you can use either. I think the Wode is a bit more expensive and slightly larger, but they generally have the same amount of wiring. For mainly gaming, I'd stick with the wiikey fusion, first go round. Just remember that the wiikey fusion/wode will only play about 4 or 5 N64 games (mario 64, mario kart, and a few others).

Craigslist.org is a gold mine

@djdaveastro09
It would still be VERY challenging to put everything in the Envision together, even with the kit. Most of the wiring is finished, but you would still have a little bit of video wiring to do, and wiring up the controller buttons and some switches. You're welcome to purchase the kit, but it's going to be tough without some soldering/electronics experience.

Ok, thanks. So, even with the N64's parts built into the handheld, the WiiKey Fusion/Wode still won't play most N64 games? If not, That means I have to Incorperate the N64 Cartridge slot for the N64 games, and just use the WiiKey Fusion for the GameCube Games.

Also, can the WiiKey Fusion play NES/Super NES games, or is it Strictly GameCube Games & the 4 or 5 N64 games?

You can play all NES and SNES games, as well as gameboy games. But you are not going to be able to fit any N64 parts in there with the gamecube stuff. It is a very small case...

Thanks, that's cool that it can also play gameboy games :D also, i was talking about trying to build my own handheld with a different design, not using the Envision Case. I would be building my own case for The design I was going with, because it's larger, and would be able to fit both the GameCube & N64 parts. It would use the WiiKey Fusion to play the GameCube/NES/SNES/Gameboy games, & use the N64's cartridge slot for the N64's games.

Well I will consult with my friend who does have good experience with soldering electronics. If nobody buys this soon I will most likely end up swooping it up. Especially if you would be willing to help me out a little bit with some instruction.

Regardless of anything I want to buy this. I'm pretty determined to get into this, I have already invested irresponsible amounts of money into my collection and this is, like, the holly grail. BUT, I am also interested in buying finished products or commissioning new projects.
