Green psone screen

OK limmport did a led mod for me and as soon as I received it back I hooked it up to my ps2 to test it. When I turned it on everything is green. I have no idea what is causing this. He took pictures of it working before he sent it back and it worked fine. Here are some pictures.

I started to do it but when I went to solder the capacitor vertical my grip slipped and now I cant find the capacitor. Would this work on my snes without it or do I need to get a broken board and take the capacitor from it?

I think you can replace it with a normal capacitor- ugly but it'll work. 10uF electrolytic, I forget which way it should go.

Which Cap is it? I have a PS1 right here, I can tell you which way it goes.
