gc powerboard

I need a gc power board, because mine blew or something.. with the original supply it puts out 1.5 v instead of 3.4 and 10 instead of 12, which causes my sound to not work.
if anyone has a ps1 screen or something else good, please pm me.

I thought the 12 v was the sound, and that that one was very precise, and could only handle about a 0.2 volt over or under the rating, because it otherwise won't work or fry.\

plz tell me if im wrong, but I have no faulty connections and only the sound doesn't work.
I have only connected with the orriginal gc powersupply, so I haven't overvolted it.

The 12v line works at as low as 5v.
