I am making a portable gamecube, and i'd like to know :
- can I remove the radiator ( too heavy ) and the fan ?
-or must I keep them?

yes the heatsink and fan are both required. you can find replacements. some people use laptop heatsinks or different smaller fans. or trim the heatsinks. also the portable needs some kind of air flow a simple intake and exhaust vent will do.
