GameCube won't turn on

Okay, so I wired up my regulators to the mobo and I still have no video.... I only connected the 1.9v and 3.3v line, when I connected the 5v line the LED came on! But can the board still be fried if the LED comes on like a N64? With everything connected, the CPU, GPU, and RAM get warm.

BTW I got confused with all of my wires, and I connected a negative 7.4V line to ground by accident on the mobo... Would this fry it?

This diagram is by Ashen all credit goes to him, where it says ground is where I connected a negative 7.4V line...

I wouldn't think it could do anything, but I'm not the smartest when it comes to circuitry.

EDIT: Wow am I stupid... is ground the same as the negative line from my 7.4V battery in this diagram? Diagram from Shockslayer forums, all credit for diagram is there...
