If your just wanting to remove it and put it somewhere else just desolder it and solder some wires on and then match them to the points where you desolderd then solder
If you want to relocate it because your trimming you could follow the traces and solder somwhere else or you could solder directly to the vias pinmatched under the flipper chip on technotts trace pic on ashens definative trimming guide but it varies between revisions and models of mobos so you might wanna do a little studying of your board before doing so if that is what your trying to do
