GameCube autopower on

I need to know how to make a GameCube power on when the walladapter is plugged in with out a switch.
Diagrams maybe?
Edit OK I'm not really doing anything with a GC it is just that I need this info for my portable I'm making

Do you mean using a pushbutton or sensor instead of a switch or do you just want to bypass the switch?

What I want is not having a switch for the system just on for the battery's. When the batterys power on, the system turns on.

At the 4:13 mark the GC powers on when power is inserted. I want to know how to do this for the system only
Does anyone know how to do this

Why would you want it to auto power on when plugged in?
Just bridge the switch connections together.
