For the 4 millionth time....... NO !

The Gamecube component cable has a proprietary chip inside it that is 100% absolutely necessary to get 480p out of the Gamecube.

NO OTHER CABLE WILL WORK !!!!

Who in the right mind pays $200 for a cable to play Gamecube games over component? For that price you may as well buy a Wii
