Finally finished my n64 portable

Thanks to Basement Modder for helping me with the case.

It is finally done. Well enough for me.

This one has a charge indicator light. Used 7.4v 4000ma batteries and they work great.
5inch PSone screen, Relocated cart slot, Gamecube stick instead of first party one. Used squishy tacts for L R and Z
Put R on left and Z on right plan to add a switch to switch them back.

Ya They were really hard to press so I changed them.

Done played through 5 levels of goldeneye with no problems.

Right on the D-pad quit working right after we finished closing it up.
 
Crude, but a pretty clean job. Not bad, not bad at all. Even good, probably. Way better than my ugly piece of flax.

Never had a board burn out. This is my first true n64 portable. I built a N64 laptop last year and fried just one board.
 
Doesn't mean you can't learn from it, loool. Your cases are generally... aesthetically unpleasing.
