So I followed this guide:

And I have everything wired up, all the connections go where they need to. No bridges, nothing (as far as I know).
I turn on the system, LED and fan start running, but I can't get any video to output from neither AV nor VGA.
At one point I had a bunch of lines going up my TV, but that was it. Headphone jack doesn't do anything either as far as I know.
The only differences in mine that may be notable are that I used 100 ohm resistors instead of 150 ohm, but I can easily switch those out if need be, and I used a DPDT submini switch, which shouldn't matter, I don't think.
Anything? I can provide pictures. It may just end up being a sloppy soldering job. My wires are thicker and shorter than in the guide, so that shouldn't be it.
