Dreamcast sd reader help please..

I've been looking all over the net for 'how to' on making and installing a sd card reader into a Dreamcast.
Seen Youtube videos so know it can be done but can only find a graph of the actual construction.
As i'm fairly knew to modding ive no idea how to read plans like these and a step by step thing would be much better.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Well, a lot of the games don't work too well from the dreamcast serial port, plus, the serial port combined with sd card speed, equals slow loading and slow framerate.

Hi I'm back after failing to do a vga mod now turned back to this and on looking at the picture post above what are the blue lines and red squares?

The blue lines are jumper wires and the red squares are where you drill holes to disconnect the traces. Also, DreamShell is now at http://dc-swat.ru/ .
