Controller ports stop to work after 8 seconds

Are you powering it with the logic line or just the dataline? Not connecting 3.4V logic can cause issues.

heres my pinout: GROUND DATA LINE (nothing)
3.3V (nothing) GROUND

what exactly is 3.4v logic? i only have the data line i guess

The logic line is the main power line for the controller. You need 3 wires to get your controller working properly: data, 3.4V and ground. It's explained here:

weill, im back now, still wasnt able to fix the issue.. heres my wiring:

is it maybe possible, that is stops to work, because there is no disk drive attached? that was one of my thoughts

Yes, I had the same issue. Without a disc drive (or a WASP) the GC would normally show an error, but that doesn't happen in the system language selection menu and the gamecube just freeze
