Charging battery packs made of cellphone batteries.

Basically I have four of the same cellphone batteries and want to power some stuff with them. I only need to have 7.4v and since they are only 1000 Mah I thought I would double that to 2000 Mah. Unfortunately I have no idea what the charging current is. Therefore I have three questions, First how would I charge this battery pack I made, how would I wire them into parallel (would I need a special PCB or could I just run wires to the right points on the bare batteries?) and would anything change if I bought some more and threw them in there to?

Just to speed things along, you might want to give any info you can find on the batteries, or a link to the same thing online, just incase it has something odd about it.

Yes but with which charger? I don't know the max charging current for them. As for wiring them in parallel would I just use wires or some kind of PCB?
