How much Power do I need to run this rig, and leave a bit for upgrades?

Second or third mobo, first CPU, first PSU is fine. NCIX is a good place to buy from.
 
Move-ified to the Computer board.

SP, that's what I suggested, too, but to be fair, you have to have a mobo with one of a number of specific chipsets, and even then it's not guaranteed that you'll get one that'll unlock all the cores with total stability. I got one of the lucky ones, but...
