Atari Portable?

I've been lurking on these threads for a while and I have decided that I want to try and make an Atari portable.

I think I am going to use and Atari flashback 2 as the base, but I am not sure what screen or batteries to use or even the voltage required. If there's already a thread on this, can you link me to it, or, if you have any preferences, would you share batteries/screens you would use? Sorry, I'm a n00b to portablizing, but i figure I've gotta start somewhere

For the voltage I used 4 AA batteries on my FB2 portable (Though it was a while back and I cant remember if I did any mods to them), for screen 5" PS1 screen or a Casio 3.5"

And for voltage check the powercable that came with it, on a silver sticker or plastic risings it will say input XXXvolts Output XXXvolts
