Analog RAM?

For the past month or so ive been developing an Analog RAM cell, ive looked for people who have actually done such but ive failed epicly at it. ive been able to find no one who has done such, and id like to get some help. im nearing a working design but for some reason i cant seem to get it to work. PLEZ HELP!

Um, can you describe with a little bit more detail what you're trying to accomplish, exactly? I assume you're speaking of a sample-and-hold type of application?

your close robm, im designing somethings similar to a sample-hold circuit but i need one thats stable and will hold the value i write to it for at least 1 sec without that value shifting any
