abyx board B button issue help?

hay guys,
I'm partially done with my GCP finally, it's so cool, but my tact switch mod i did for the abyx board didn't work,



so i pm'd kasar and he helped me out a bit, i removed the mod i did, and the ayx are all fine, but my b part is damaged from the removal of hotgule/wire.

so, um kasar told me about wiring a tact swtch or a new pcb board from another controller to my old one, um on your gc first party controller diagram, the b button wire is on the bottom, so on my pcb board you modded i have to cut and rewire a tact switch/ or new pcb board to only that wire, since GND wire is connected to the old board?

so, if i cut the b button wire and solder it to a new pcb board (Just the b part will work?) or use the whole board as my ayx buttons work fine, only b has an issue. and i don't need to wire ground as it is connected to the pcb and will work?

right?

for sure the b button wire is the bottom one? so i don't miscut the wrong wire and then have more issues.
