A fan on the insulator usually eliminates PLA jams. As for sticking, blue tape and white glue.

The way my GCP is set up, the controller is in a slit cut on the heat sink. The heat sink does have a fan on it but still gets hot to the touch . The controller, I soldered to the chip for and and b (with magnet wire then to ide wire it was all I had) but to the traces for x and y, I threw an...

I did something similar, the zn is great because it needs no trimming for the board , is big yet feels nice in your hands and looks good( well mine DID look good BTB , before the Bondo)

if you plan on etching this then why not add a breakout for the chip for gamecube?

the blue wires on the gamecube are for the lid switch, it wont work if the gamecube thinks the lid is open, just solder a normally closed tac or solder them together

pics are delayed due to problems with the built in controller. I played it for 5 minutes with the regular controller then got really annoyed that my case had everything needed for a controller and started to add one. :mrgreen:

trashed my 2nd controller, only one left. Im gonna save that to play some games lol

yes this is my third gcp, it was pretty easy without the wkf and batts I did have to wire the dd so that was a little tedious. I'm trying to do a built in controlelr now, since when I made the case i made a spot for it. we'll see how we that works out lol
