Is there a way to wire the slider to the traces of a DPAD? Has anyone done it?

Screen looks great and all, but the lcd flickers, especially in dark scenes. Is there a fix for this? Its brand new by the way. I checked the backlight and there is no flickering, just the lcd panel itself.

Is it the same as rev a and b where the regulator can take more than 12v?

I need a rev c gamecube mobo, just the mobo, no heatsink and such. Does anyone have one? I live in the US so NTSC is the format I need. Make me an offer!

Everything on the cube works, but the sound is really static-y where you can't even make out anything thats going on. I relocated the power board 3 times now and still getting the same problem. I even tried connecting 12 volts to the little component as seen here I can't figure out what to do...

So I bought a 4" car monitor And apparently it can take s-video imput. I looked up the chip's name which is Techwell TW8817 and I desperately cannot find the datasheets or any diagrams. Nothing. I need to know how to imput s-video so I can finish my project. Any help!?!?
