Hey sup I have a few questions before I get started. 1. I have a Sony np f550 battery. How do I connect it? I heard Molex connecter but don't want that. 2. Can I use the the power jack supplyed in psone to charge. If so how? More updates to come as I progress.

ok so i soldered my leads in and connected all power and jumped the power switch but it still won't turn on. any idea?

actually i was reading ben's book on this and it said to use a Molex connecter i use only the male leads but they are two loose and when i try electric tape and allimunum foil it is to tight what should i do? i don't want to take apart the battery because it could be used with differnt portables.

So i am starting a PS1p and i have just LED modded my PS1 screen and i have an excellent battery (Sony NP-F970.) but i don't know how to connnect it to the PS1. and i don't have a camera or phone so i can't take pics sorry. any hints?

i have tested it and will need to buy a new one :( so until then i will have to be inactive for awhile.

ok so it didn't work. but there are three possible answers. 1. the RAM isn't heat sinked so it might not turn on because of that 2. the batteries are dead. 3. I accidentally flipped the on switch when i was trying to get a short out and could've fried the mobo. Which is more likely to have...

ok so i have removed the braid and am soldering the final connection for power although i am a noob at soldering so i will post a picture if it won't power on and please tell me whats wrong if it happens.

because i do have an update i just forgot to post. i have almost wired power but i had to use desoldering braid but it got stuck on the board yes i know it sounds funny but it did so any ideas on how to get it off?

ok thanks. :) by the way i am going to try to get more done tonight. UPDATE: I soldered 3.3 wire to n64 mobo but the diagram is confusing should i wire ground and power to the PTH08080 or the battery itself?
